Our facilities are equipped with specialist commercial sewing capabilities, including high-specification Durkopp Adler long-arm machines, and state-of-the-art digital cutting using the Zünd G3 system. This cutting-edge technology enables us to deliver unmatched precision and efficiency across a wide range of materials—from technical textiles to rubber, foam, plastics, and composites.
Our textiles department has successfully delivered Defence contracts for specialist camouflage systems over a number of years and we’re now actively looking to broaden our client base and explore new sectors where we can provide scalable cut-and-sew services tailored to both simple and highly technical requirements.
Abbey Group’s Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 (Alcumus Isoqar Certificate No 13620-QMS-001) and our welding operations are certified to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3 (Alcumus Isoqar Certificate No 0513-13620-CPR-001/01).
